City seeks trained and experienced person for Comptroller position. Experience in governmental accounting, use of computers, state purchasing requirements, and inventory control a plus. Applicant must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited four year college or university with a major in accounting, finance or public administration and five (5) years of accounting experience, CPA preferred, but not required. Compensation: $35,000 $40,000.
City seeks trained and experienced person for Code Manager position to ensure all construction is in compliance with all applicable codes and ordinances within the City. Position is responsible for directing, reviewing, and evaluating all facets of Code Enforcement Department. Compensation: $25,000 -$28,000.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
The City of Pass Christian is seeking workers to fill temporary positions such as Code Clerks, Utility Clerks, Finance Clerks, Laborers, Grant Writers, GIS Specialist, and Mechanics. Individuals can earn up to $12,000 and work up to six (6) months. Selected criteria will be used to meet eligibility requirements. Individuals who are unemployed as a result of Hurricane Katrina may qualify. Interested individuals may submit resumes to: City of Pass Christian, P.O.
