We also have lived in Timber Ridge for about a year and a half. It is nice of you (Jeri Howard) to offer your home as a kind of Kool Aid Home, you know the one where everyone just kind of gravitates to.
We will also rebuild, soon we hope and be able to get Mary’s 82 year old parents back into our house on Hackberry. They are anxious to come back and so are most of the neighbors.
We will rebuild better than ever.
Hope and optimism go a long way!

My husband and I live in the Pass at 503 Royal Oak. We have the lovely marker written numbers on a piece of siding tacked to a tree. Today was a good day for us. My husband has discovered that we do have water! It doesn't have enough pressure to reach the bathrooms, but we do have water. Now maybe we can scrub out our house. I'd like to be the first to move back in to Timber Ridge. I would like our house to be a welcoming home to other residents. Could we come up with a plan to get our neighbors to return?
I'd like to put up a message board for neighbors looking for neighbors. Although we have only lived in Timber Ridge for a year and a half, it is our home and Katrina will not run us out!!!!! (well, not for long, anyway)
Let me know if there is anything I can do.
